Cassata Siciliana (Cassata Ice Cream) is a traditional recipe from Italy it is also called as Neapolitan or Harlequin Ice cream. It usually contains three flavors of Ice Cream arranged side by side in the same container. And with or without sponge cake layers, Candied fruits and Nuts.
